Muqeet Anwar Dr. good and genuine product. i would recommend to brush teeth with activated charcoal once a week and rinse your mouth thouroghly, be careful not to swallow.
I would recommend for plaques, nicotine stains but not for tar tar or dense calcification. it would be cleaned by dentist.
